Drake is dissing the NYPD.

Cops want to talk to him, but the defiant rapper has no plans to turn himself in for questioning about the nightclub brawl involving singer Chris Brown that left a bevy of clubgoers bruised and bloodied.

“Why would he turn himself in when he did not commit any wrong-doing?” Drake’s rep, Kelly Bush, told The Post yesterday in an e-mail.

But law-enforcement sources said detectives trying to get to the bottom of the early-Thursday melee at the W.i.P. nightclub in SoHo want to question everyone in the hot spot before and after the fight.

That includes the hot-headed hip-hop artist, 25 — who several witnesses have already said hurled a liquor bottle at love rival Brown and his posse.

Law-enforcement sources said cops were days away from arresting anyone in the brawl but noted that Drake could be slapped with charges ranging from reckless endangerment to rioting if it’s determined that he threw the bottle.

If he doesn’t come in for questioning, he could be arrested, sources said. “There’s a lot of people in that club who left. [The cops] want to talk to everyone in the club even if they left before that incident,” one source said.

Police Commissioner Ray Kelly told The Post yesterday authorities are still sorting out what happened.

“The detectives are looking at it and investigating it, and if an arrest is appropriate, an arrest is going to be made,” Kelly said.

“When detectives got there, no one was there. Eight people were injured. The place was in disarray. They’re gathering information.”

The rivals and their crews reportedly got into a beef over singer Rihanna, 24, who has dated Brown, 23, but lately been hooking up with Drake.

Rihanna consoled herself a day after the drunken brawl by getting a new tattoo at her favorite ink haunt, Bang Bang Tattoos, on the Lower East Side on Friday. It’s of an Egyptian falcon shaped like a gun.

“Falcon: a light that shines in the darkness! Never close their eyes during sleep,” the sexy songstress tweeted about her new ink.

Cops shuttered the club Saturday, as Drake — a Canadian whose full name is Aubrey Drake Graham — performed at Jones Beach.

Police sources said the nightclub was shut for fire-code and liquor violations found during the probe into Thursday’s melee.

Brown — still on probation for beating up Rihanna in February 2009 — has already spoken to cops.
