‘Mad Men‘ star Elisabeth Moss has found love Down Under following her divorce from comedian Fred Armisen.
Moss, who was a surprise guest at a number of Sydney Film Festival events this past week, has gone public with her Australian cinematographer boyfriend Adam Arkapaw.
“They looked very much an item and very happy,” said a source.
It’s understood the pair met through friends and arrived in Sydney together recently after a short holiday.
The new relationship follows a particularly rocky breakup for Moss, who shot to global fame playing Peggy Olson on the cult hit “Mad Men.”
A devout Scientologist, Moss wed Armisen — a “Saturday Night Live” regular — in October 2010, only to split in stunning fashion just eight months later after it was revealed Armisen had taken up with a much younger girlfriend, “SNL” co-star Abby Elliott, 20 years his junior.
Moss later slammed her ex in an interview, saying, “One of the greatest things I heard someone say about him is, ‘He’s so great at doing impersonations.’ But the greatest impersonation he does is that of a normal person.”
Arkapaw is considered one of the hottest up-and-coming stars of Aussie film.
