The cobblestone streets of the Meatpacking District will see plenty of action tonight — but not necessarily from the usual stiletto-clad clubgoers. Rather, these revelers will be eating their way around the neighborhood. OK, and drinking, too.

Welcome to Meatpacking Uncorked, a party that will take over the neighborhood from 6 to 9 tonight. “It’s a little bit like Fashion’s Night Out — but more curated,” explains Annie Washburn, associate director of the Food Network NYC Wine and Food Festival, the annual foodie extravaganza hosting scores of mouthwatering events across the city this weekend.

Tonight’s free-spirited crawl will showcase food and drink at restaurants and boutiques throughout the neighborhood, with the main action centered around Gansevoort Plaza. “You can choose your own adventure,” says Washburn — whether that’s a wine crawl, an eating tour or a hunt for Cooking Channel talent.

Among the highlights:

uVilla Pacri will host a three-hour party at 55 Gansevoort St. with food, wine and beer on two floors, plus appearances by Cooking Channel hosts such as Mo Rocca, Debi Mazar and Lee Ann Wong.

uLas Vegas’ Cosmopolitan Hotel will pass selections from its signature Wicked Spoon buffet at the Slice, a two-story mobile unit on Little West 12th Street at Gansevoort Plaza.

uAmong the 20 participating restaurants and food trucks, you’ll find sliders from Go Burger, grilled-cheese-and-bacon sandwiches from Gorilla Cheese NYC, shrimp rolls from Luke’s Lobster, chicken wings from Fatty Crab, assorted crostini from Corsino and desserts from Asellina, the Cooking Channel, Sweet Street and the Treats Truck.

uBoutiques across the neighborhood, such as Charles Nolan, Diane von Furstenberg and Rebecca Taylor, will pour more than 35 wines.

uThere’s entertainment, too — from roving street performers to party bands to an elaborate “Iron Chef” photo booth.

To purchase $65 tickets to Meatpacking Uncorked, visit the box office at the Illy Park Welcome Center at 15th Street and 10th Avenue. Additional festival events with tickets still available at press time include Sunday’s Grand Tasting at Pier 57 ($195) and Sunday’s two-hour Oyster Bash at the Standard Biergarten, where some 10,000 oysters will be shucked and slurped ($125).
