A real-estate scammer was busted for trying to lease a man an East Village apartment that was already occupied, authorities said.

The victim responded to an ad on Craigslist nd arranged with Emma Hunt, 25, to lease the pad on East Sixth Street, between First and Second avenues, for $3,250, court papers claim.

The victim forked over the money and was given a set of keys that didn’t work, cops said.

Hunt was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with grand larceny.

An identity thief tried to withdraw $8,900 from a bank on the Upper East Side, authorities said.

Anthony Sanderline, 61, handed a forged driver’s license to a teller at the TD Bank branch on First Avenue at East 67th Street when he attempted to take out the money at about noon on Oct. 19, according to court papers.

The license had peeling plastic film and was discolored, cops said.

“Some guy gave it to me,” Sanderline allegedly told cops when he was arrested.

A pervert was arrested for engaging in illicit sexual activity in Central Park, authorities said.

Anthony Flagg, 35, was being masturbated by another individual in The Ramble at around 11 p.m. on Thursday, according to police.

The other person escaped and Flagg was nabbed near East Drive and East 74th Street and charged with public lewdness and indecent exposure, cops said.

Staten Island

Cops found a stockpile of ammo and two guns when they raided an apartment in the South Beach Houses, authorities said.

Gang-squad detectives discovered a .22-caliber pistol and a .45-caliber pistol when they descended on the Lamport Boulevard pad of Geoffrey Mason, 52, at 6:50 a.m. Friday, court papers say.

Police also allegedly uncovered 87 bullets hidden on a top shelf in a hallway.

Mason was charged with criminal possession of a weapon and ammunition, said a spokesman for DA Dan Donovan.

An eagle-eyed neighbor spied a prowler rummaging through cars yesterday in Mariners Harbor, authorities said.

Albert Giordano, 19, was spotted at 12:10 a.m., allegedly breaking into a 1999 Ford Explorer, a 2001 Honda Civic, a 2001 Mercedes-Benz and a 2000 Kia Sportage, all parked on Netherland Avenue.

He was arrested on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, petit larceny and weapons possession after cops allegedly found a gravity knife in his pocket.

Brooklyn

A purse-snatcher swiped two designer handbags from a boutique in Downtown Brooklyn, cops said.

The thief, who claimed he had a gun, barged into the shop on Fulton Street at 10:05 a.m. on Oct. 12 and barked, “I’m gonna take what I take and if you say anything, I’ll shoot you,” cops said.

He then ran off with one Bebe and one Dereon handbag.

Police are seeking the public’s help in finding an elderly man from Flatbush who disappeared.

Winston Seaton, 88, (pictured) was last seen on the corner of Nostrand and Church avenues Friday.

He is about 5-foot2 and about 160 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a multicolored, waist-length jacket, a yellow T-shirt, black pant and a silver-colored watch.

Queens

* This man groped a woman at a Ridgewood subway station, cops said yesterday.

The creep struck struck at 8 a.m. Wednesday at the Seneca Avenue station on the M-line, cops said. He is 25 to 30 and about 5-foot-5.

* A young woman was fighting for her life last night after getting shot in the head in a Maspeth home.

The 21-year-old victim was shot in the house on 64th Street near 51st Avenue at about 9:25 p.m. She was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital in critical conditon.

Cops took one individual into custody, but no charges were filed by early today.

A third suspect wanted for a brutal beating that nearly killed a woman in Ozone Park has been arrested, authorities said.

Stephanie Padilla, 21, was picked up Oct. 18 and charged with attempted murder for the Aug. 17 attack on the victim on 84th Street near 102nd Road, court papers claim.

The victim was repeatedly punched in the face and stabbed in the chest, lower back, arm and face, court records show.

One wound pierced the woman’s heart and another punctured her lung, cops said.

It’s unclear what sparked the violence or whether the victim had known any of her assailants.

Another suspect, Miah Najet, 17, was busted Aug. 18, and accomplice Valerie Rodriguez, 18, was collared Aug. 22, cops said.
