Finder sues for $1M fee

He must have skipped the class where they teach you to keep your promises.

A German man is suing Harvard-educated singer Ryan Leslie for allegedly refusing to pay a promised $1 million reward for the return of a laptop he lost in Cologne, Germany.

Armin Augstein says he found the laptop in its case while walking his dog and turned it over to police.

According to the suit, filed in Manhattan federal court, Leslie ignored Augstein’s e-mails about the recovered bag. Leslie had made a public plea for the computer on Twitter and YouTube.

A rep for Leslie didn’t respond to requests for comment.
