The voice-control software in the new Apple iPhone 4S experienced glitches yesterday that forced some users to — OMG — use their hands.
“Sorry, I am having trouble connecting to the network,” the free virtual-assistant program, known as Siri, would chirp when accessed, according to the blog TechCrunch.
A posting on VentureBeat mused that the problem was probably network-related.
It was the second glitch for the new iPhone in 24 hours, following a battery-drain issue.
Apple has acknowledged that it’s addressing “a few” bugs.
