Sandusky ‘preyed’ at bowl games

Accused Penn State pedophile Jerry Sandusky is the focus of probes in Texas and Florida for allegedly sexually abusing a teen traveling with the former assistant football coach to national bowl games in the late ’90s.

The San Antonio and Tampa investigations were both sparked by the 23-page indictment issued by a Pennsylvania grand jury against Sandusky that triggered an epic upheaval at the state school.

In its report, the panel referred to “Victim 4,” now 27, who told authorities he met Sandusky when he was 13 or 14 through a nonprofit organization the once highly regarded coach started for kids from broken homes.

The teen even became a “fixture” in the Sandusky home.

The child allegedly was touched inappropriately on numerous occasions on the college campus and in hotel rooms in Pennsylvania — and when he traveled with the team to away games.

“Victim 4 was listed, along with Sandusky’s wife, as a member of Sandusky’s family party for the 1998 Outback Bowl and the 1999 Alamo Bowl,” the indictment stated.
