Recall move vs. Wis. gov

MADISON, Wis. — The attempt to recall Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker is expected to kick off tomorrow, even though his opponents still do not have a candidate to replace him.

The effort is in response to a new state law that has effectively ended collective bargaining for most public workers. Walker’s proposal sparked weeks of protests, and two Republican state senators who supported it were booted in recalls over the summer.
