‘NCIS’ actor David Dayan Fisher pleads not guilty to choking his neighbor

LOS ANGELES — “NCIS” actor David Dayan Fisher pleaded not guilty to allegedly trying to choke his neighbor, TMZ reported Tuesday.

Fisher was arrested in September after allegedly assaulting the neighbor over towels that were hung out to dry on a fence.

The neighbor managed to escape Fisher’s grasp and was taken to the hospital.

Fisher was arrested and released on $50,000 bond.

The British actor, who plays CIA agent Trent Kort on the CBS crime drama, said he acted out of self-defense, claiming the neighbor insulted his dead mother.

After his not-guilty plea, Fisher is due to appear in court again in December.
