A seething husband who accused his immigrant wife and her daughter of a green-card scam shot them in Queens yesterday — killing the young woman and critically wounding her mom — hours before the couple’s divorce hearing, law-enforcement sources said.

“You are going to pay for whatever you did. I dont [sic] play no games. Good Luck, Bye Bye Bye,” suspect Guerino Annarumma, an Italian émigré, ranted in an Aug. 12 post on his blog about his estranged. wife Olga Annarumma, 57, and stepdaughter Valeria Kuzima Lowery, 25.

The 52-year-old husband entered the victims’ apartment at 22-39 38th St. in Astoria at 8:50 a.m. and allegedly opened fire, blasting his wife once in the head and shooting Lowery three times — in the head, leg and chest.

Cops found the mother and daughter in a pool of blood in a first-floor hallway of the two-story building, where they shared a second-floor apartment with Guerino’s 95-year-old aunt and the family’s Siberian husky.

EMTs rushed the wounded pair to Elmhurst Hospital. Lowery died last night and her mom was fighting for her life.

“I heard shooting and then a dog barking,” said a neighbor, Abir Aljbaili, 49, who saw the victims taken from the home.

“There was blood on them. It was very scary.”

Cops tracked down the suspect — who had a court date Thursday on an earlier harassment charge brought by his wife — about two hours later at his apartment on 12th Street.

A witness who saw the balding, handcuffed Annarumma being led from his apartment said the alleged gunman appeared to be high on something.

“He was quiet, but he looked like a psycho. He looked bugged out,” said the woman, who gave only her first name, Lisa.

Annarumma was charged with murder, assault and weapons possession.

Olga Annarumma had filed for divorce from Guerino in Queens Civil Supreme Court on June 16, 2010, and the couple was due in court yesterday at 2 p.m. for a hearing.

Helene Sherman, the victim’s divorce lawyer, said she was on her way to the hearing when she heard about the shooting.

“I was in total shock, total disbelief. He did it because he didn’t want her to testify against him today,” Sherman charged.

She said her client had met Guerino while working as a caregiver for his elderly aunt.

But after the pair wed in 2006, the relationship soured, and the husband claimed in a series of online rants last summer that Olga had snared him in a sham marriage simply to get a green card.

Her daughter played the same game with other men, he alleged.

“I always had a feeling this could happen, and if it did, our walls couldn’t stop a bullet,” said Richard Bill, 41, a former neighbor of Annarumma’s.
