ALBANY — The state is shutting down the trendy SoHo nightclub where Drake and Chris Brown had a bloody throw-down over Rihanna.

The State Liquor Authority, which filed 14 charges last Friday against W.i.P. — and the Greenhouse club where it’s located — voted yesterday to suspend the club’s license to serve booze.

The emergency suspension follows a string of violent incidents reported to the SLA by the NYPD documenting seven assaults and fights beginning March 11 and leading up to the big brawl on June 14.

The SLA’s charges also involve drug activity inside the club at 150 Varick St., lack of supervision, becoming a drain on police resources, and using the name “W.i.P.” without the authorization of the SLA.

“The SLA will not tolerate violent bars that break the law,” said SLA Chairman Dennis Rosen.

“This should serve as a message that this agency will not hesitate to take immediate action when licensees pose a threat to public health and safety.”

The club is entitled to an expedited hearing on the license suspension before an administrative law judge.

The bloody bottle brawl started when Drake allegedly sent Brown a note, taunting the hip-hop star: “I am f–king the love of your life,” referring to Rihanna

The hip-hop stars and their entourages fought with fists and bottles, injuring at least eight people.

San Antonio Spurs star Tony Parker, whose cornea was scratched, has filed a $20 million lawsuit against the club’s owners, charging that they should have known better than to let the dangerous duo hang out in close proximity.

A lawyer for the NBA star — ex-hubby of Eva Longoria — has said offering bottle service to both hip-hop camps at the same time is like “throwing gasoline on the flames.” The suit does not name Brown or Drake.
