Cops have released photos of two hulking thugs wanted for robbing hip-hop producer Scott Storch in Midtown, authorities said.

The men, both around 6-foot-7 and 250 pounds, approached rap mogul Storch, 39, and another man, 44, as they sat in an SUV on West 46th Street at around 7 p.m. Tuesday, cops said.

One of the thieves displayed a gun and stole a diamond chain, a Rolex watch and the keys to the car.

The other man opened up the rear door of the vehicle and removed a Louis Vuitton briefcase containing around $4,500, according to police.

The two fled in a dark colored SUV down 46th Street, cops said.

Scam artists in Puerto Rico bilked one member of a Bushwick family and tried to con another by claiming to be kidnappers, authorities said.

A 52-year-old father received a call at around 1:30 p.m. Aug. 23, saying his son had been in a car accident and would be held for ransom unless he wired the thieves $1,300, cops said.

The father did not send the money, but at the same time he was on the phone, his son received a phone call from another one of the thieves who claimed that a sibling was kidnapped.

The son, 30, took the bait and wired the thieves $240.Cops said the thieves — operating out of Puerto Rico — have pulled the same cruel scam on other families with mixed results.

Police have arrested the gunman who killed a man in Bedford-Stuyvesant earlier this month, authorities said.

Patrick Laney, 32, was charged Thursday with shooting Paul Ridley, 30, multiple times at around midnight Aug. 3 after getting into a dispute, cops said.

He must have had a late night yen for sushi.

A thief broke into a Japanese restaurant in Elm Park, stealing food, and kitchen supplies, authorities said.

The crook broke into Miyahi II Sushi on Forest Avenue at around 3 a.m. on Aug. 16, stealing perishable items, a portable fan and a food scale, cops said.

The man is 5-foot-6 and approximately 170 pounds.

Ridley was taken to Woodhull Hospital where he later died.

Laney was charged with murder and possession of a firearm.

The Bronx

Cops are looking for three thugs who brutally beat and robbed a teen in Soundview, authorities said.

The victim was at the Saint Lawrence Avenue subway station at around 1:15 p.m. Thursday when three men, believed to be in their late teens, approached the 16-year-old victim, cops said.

The thieves told the victim to hand over his property, and when he refused, they began beating him with metal or wooden sticks about the head and body.

They then stole the teen’s iPhone and cash, cops said.

The victim was treated for minor injuries at Jacobi Hospital.

The crooks are each around 6 feet tall and approximately 160 pounds.
