FBI searching for cocaine, heroin traffickers

The FBI is asking for the public’s help finding two men they say are responsible for trafficking huge amounts of cocaine and heroin — using a Queens auto shop for cover.

Arturo Villa, 38, (pictured here) and Emmanuel Ramos, 28, (also pictured) moved bulk narcotics and distributed them using Fresh Start Auto Repair and Tire Sales in Richmond Hill as a front, authorities said.

The men, known on the street as A-Rock and Manny, have been charged with conspiracy to distribute, the FBI said Tuesday. They worked with several groups to distribute the drugs, money, cars and labor to get the cocaine and heroin to wholesale buyers, according to the FBI.

Villa is 5-foot-5, 180 pounds, speaks English and Spanish and has ties to Ozone Park, Woodhaven, Pittsfield, Mass. and Erie, Penn.

Ramos is 5-foot-8, 190 pounds, speaks English and Spanish and has ties to Brooklyn and Forest Hills.

Agents are asking anyone with information about the suspects’ whereabouts to contact their local FBI office.
