PSAL boys basketball roundup: Coley leads Jefferson past South Shore

Dave Coley had 24 points, nine assists and six rebounds, Davontay Grace added eight points and 11 assists and Eric Turpin Jr. had 14 and 13 rebounds as Thomas Jefferson (3-0) remained undefeated with an 84-54 victory over South Shore in Brooklyn AA action Saturday afternoon.

The Vikings are 0-3 in Brooklyn AA.

CLASS A

South Bronx 69, DeWitt Clinton 62: Dashawn Joyner had 22 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, Terrynce Wilson had 17 points and 10 rebounds and Luis Sanchez chipped in 15 points for South Bronx (2-0) in Bronx A East on Friday. Clinton is 1-1.

Banneker 62, Grand Street Campus 42: Matt Walker had 22 points and seven assists and Andrew Batts added 12 points and 10 rebounds for Banneker (1-1) in Brooklyn A West on Friday. Grand Street Campus is 1-1.

Hillcrest 48, John Bowne 44: Rafael Delmonte had 17 points and Richard Joseph Pauline had nine for Hillcrest (1-0) in Queens A East. John Bowne is 0-2 in Queens A West.

Brooklyn College Academy 64, BCAM 56: Onyema Utti had 14 points and 23 rebounds, Jamaal Jones had 14 points and 12 rebounds and Tarik Phillip added 12 points and six assists for Brooklyn College Academy (2-0) in Brooklyn B West. BCAM is 1-1.

Morrisania Educational Complex 66, American Studies 50: Julian Watts had 13 points and 10 rebounds and Hai Lin added 11 for American Studies (0-3, Bronx B West) in the loss. Morrisania is 2-1.

Fannie Lou Hamer 47, Metropolitan 44: Martin Arzu had 14 points and Jamaal Lampkin and Ariel Sanchez each had 12 for Fannie Lou Hamer (2-0) in Bronx B East. Metropolitan is 0-2.
