Serial philanderer Tiger Woods had a carefully crafted game plan that worked for years to keep his beautiful wife in the dark while he catted around with multiple mistresses, his flock of birdies said yesterday.
His MO included:
* Having his friends act as wing men when he spotted a likely score.
* Repeatedly changing his cellphone record to keep wife Elin Nordegren from following his tracks.
* Booking hotel rooms in the name of his buddy.
* Getting pals to act as travel agents for his paramours.

Tiger would send secret messages to his harem right under Elin’s nose, sneak away for raunchy romps, and return with her none the wiser, Jaimee Grubbs, Tiger’s Las Vegas conquest, told Us Weekly.
“He changed his number four times” to throw her off the scent, the 24-year-old said. “He always texted or called with a new number.”
Then he warned her not to text back.
“I have too many people around,” he once texted, and told her to stand by.
Before every tryst, Woods made sure the hotel rooms or airline tickets couldn’t be traced back to him.
In addition, Woods, 33, used an old technique, also favored by disgraced ex-Gov. Eliot Spitzer — booking hotels in a friend’s name.
“Meet me at the Island Hotel,” he texted Grubbs, a cocktail waitress, on Oct. 15. “We’re in room 905 in Newport Beach under Mr. & Mrs. Bell.”
Byron Bell is a longtime pal of Woods.
Spitzer booked the Washington, DC, hotel room where he met Ashley Dupre in February 2008 under the name of his financier pal George Fox.
And, just like Client No. 9, Woods would leave the door open so the mistress of the moment could sneak right inside.

Woods’ friend Bell provided another of Tiger’s alleged lovers, Rachel Uchitel, with a ticket to Australia to cavort with the champ.
Woods would often rely on middlemen to meet babes as well as handle the logistics of ongoing affairs.
Swedish TV personality Carolina Gynning, who gained fame by having sex in front of the cameras on the British reality show “Big Brother,” claimed yesterday she was propositioned by an “agent” of Woods.
“He wondered if I knew who Tiger Woods was, and obviously I did. He said he was friends with Tiger and that Tiger loved girls like me,” Gynning, 31, wrote on her blog about the incident she said happened six or seven years ago.
“He said that Tiger was LOOKING FOR A GIRLFRIEND and that he wanted to introduce me to him,” she wrote. “Was that guy a pimp for Tiger?”
Gynning, a bottle blonde who recently auctioned off her breast implants for charity, said she wasn’t interested.
“I never got back to the guy, obviously. Even if Tiger is rich, he’s also ugly as sin and absolutely not my type,” she wrote.
Ironically, back in 2001 Woods initially wooed his bride-to-be Elin through an unidentified intermediary.
Elin, a nanny for Swedish golfer Jesper Parnevik, rejected the cowardly come-on.
But Woods persisted — this time through Parnevik — until Elin at last consented to a date.
Years later, a married Woods relied on players in the nightlife industry for introductions.
And he used the private VIP rooms of swanky nightclubs for hot and heavy hookups.
Porn star Holly Sampson, 36, bragged this May on the Internet talk show “Naughty America” that she slept with Woods at his 2004 bachelor party.
“He picked me to go into the room,” Sampson crowed, according to a video unearthed by TMZ. “I have to say he was really good.”
She added, “I think he likes the blondes, obviously. I’m sure he would die to know I was telling this on the Internet . . . It was fun, not like any big mystery.”
Tiger also used VIP concierge services — including from club promoter and alleged lover Rachel Uchitel, 34, herself — to satisfy his cravings.
“Rachel Uchitel works for Tiger the minute he gets off the plane wherever he is. From dinner, to photos, to nightclubs, to drugs to girls — whatever he wants,” a concierge told the blog Deadspin.
Drugs also reportedly fueled his excesses.
Uchitel is said to have bragged to a friend about how Woods would pop the prescription sleep aid Ambien to boost his libido.
Not all Woods’ prurient escapades were so upscale, though.
Mindy Lawton, his hometown lover and manager of an Orlando-area Perkins restaurant, had to settle for backseat romps in his Cadillac Escalade.
An ever-brazen Woods would breakfast at the chain eatery then wait for Lawton, 34, to get off work or have a break for a parking-lot quickie, she claims.
They once even hooked up in a church parking lot, Lawton claims.
And, Us Weekly reported that Woods often subjected his conquests to pathetic whines about how horrible it was being married to Elin.
“Tiger indulges all of his secrets when he’s with his mistresses,” a pal told the mag.
“He whines about how unhappy he is with his wife. He doesn’t like how manicured his gated community is. He doesn’t know why he got married.”
