Plaxico moved to upstate prison

Ex-Giants wide receiver Plaxico Burress has a new home — at least for the next 20 months.

The disgraced Super Bowl hero was transferred yesterday to the Oneida Correctional Facility in upstate Rome, where he’s expected to serve most of his sentence on felony gun-possession charges after he accidentally shot himself in a Midtown club last year.

He’s one of 19 inmates in the prison’s V-dorm, a long-term protective custody unit, state officials said.
