Trouble-prone comedian Andy Dick — who was arrested in 2008 for pulling down a teenage girl’s top — was busted for sexual abuse in West Virginia today after he allegedly grabbed a man’s crotch and began “repeatedly groping and kissing him,” as the victim’s girlfriend looked on, according to a criminal complaint obtained by TMZ.
Dick, 44, allegedly accosted his victim at Rum Runners bar in Huntington, W. Va., at around 4 a.m. The victim is only identified as “Justin” in the redacted criminal complaint posted by the site.

Dick was in town to perform at The Funny Bone comedy club; The local Huntington Herald-Dispatch reported that the club’s owner, Tom Schaeffer, was with Dick that night and nothing happened.
“We were at Rum Runners for literally 10 minutes. Nothing happened there except walking through the door and sitting at the bar,” Schaeffer told the paper.
Dick was taken to Western Regional jail and appeared before a local magistrate this afternoon. The bond is expected to be $60,000, the paper said. Schaefer told the Herald-Dispatch that he plans to pay the $6,000 to spring Dick and said tonight’s show should go on as planned.
In 2008, an “extremely intoxicated” Dick approached a 17-year-old girl outside a Murrieta, Calif. chicken wings joint and, “grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts.” Officers who arrested Dick, then 42, at a nearby Sam’s Club say he was “extremely intoxicated” and in possession of marijuana and Xanax.
A year earlier, he was thrown off “Jimmy Kimmel Live” after repeatedly touching Ivanka Trump.
