Don’t miss: A preview of the week’s top shows

Bulbs Are Us

For anyone who’s ever been out to 84th Street in Dyker Heights, you know that some people go overboard with their Christmas decorations, with lifesize wooden soldiers, dancing couples, twirling snowmen and more lights than the New York City bridges. Now, there’s a reality-show competition for people that get into this sort of thing. “The Great Christmas Light Fight” takes 20 families into extreme decorating from across America, including Whitestone, Queens. Of course, there’s a prize — a total of $250,000. Michael Moloney and Sabrina Soto from “Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” serve as judges.

The Great Christmas Light Fight, Monday, 9 p.m., ABC

Intimate Apparel

Nothing says Christmas like scantily clad models in lingerie. This year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show puts a lot of big names on the runway. Risking goosebumps out there are Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Jessica Hart (right), Candice Swanepoel, Lindsay Ellingson and Karlie Kloss, among many others. In addition to gawking, viewers will also be able to listen — to Taylor Swift, who sings about her breakups, and Fall Out Boy, who perform hits from the albut “Save Rock and Roll.” At the risk of over-stimulation, the show will also include pink carpet interviews and model profiles.

Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Tuesday, 10 p.m., CBS

The Problem With Brody

Saul (Mandy Patinkin) has wisely recruited Carrie (Claire Danes) to help get Brody (Damian Lewis) to work for the team again. Carrie seems to have forgotten she’s in her first trimester (so have the writers). With Lockhart’s (Tracy Letts) confirmation looming, Saul stares into the precipice between success and failure. And how did Dana Brody (Morgan Saylor) drop out of high school without her mother knowing about it?

Homeland, Sunday, 9 p.m., Showtime

A Country Diva

Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) is the main act at the Music City Festival, but her fans and the press are still chewing over her latest bedroom blunder. She demands that her manager find out who leaked career-killing gossip to the tabloids so she can get ahead of the bad press by calling them out. Rayna (Connie Britton, below left, with Will Chase) is determined to buy herself out of her Edgehill contract. Deacon (Charles Esten) and Gunnar (Sam Palladio) team up to to put on an unauthorized show at the festival. By evening’s end, someone from the show will be gone forever.

Nashville, Wednesday, 10 p.m., ABC

Christmas With Sting

Mike (Michael J. Fox, right) and Annie’s (Betsy Brandt, center) planned gift exchange hits a snag when Mike learns he has to anchor the news on Christmas Eve. Ian (Conor Romero) tries to keep the magic of Christmas alive for his brother, Graham (Jack Gore). Meanwhile, after attending a friend’s Hanukkah celebration, Eve (Juliette Goglia) investigates the ideals of Judaism. Sting (left) is the guest star.

The Michael J. Fox Show, Thursday, 9:30 p.m., NBC

A Gay Old Holiday

Jay (Ed O’Neill) takes Manny (Rico Rodriguez) out to cut down their own Christmas tree, and Gloria (Sofia Vergara) is on edge with her mother (Elizabeth Pena) in town, but changes her tune when she sees her bonding with Claire (Julie Bowen). Elsewhere, Mitchell (Jesse Tyler Ferguson) is forced to do last minute shopping because he didn’t get Lily the right gift, and Cameron (Eric Stonestreet) takes Lily to a charity event where they experience the true meaning of Christmas.

Modern Family, Wednesday, 9 p.m., ABC
