$ettling into Yank seats

Season-ticket holders peeved that the seats they purchased from the old Yankee Stadium were not identical to the ones they sat in can return them for a full refund under a settlement reached with Steiner Sports.

The Post reported last year that longtime fan John Lefkus filed a class-action suit against the sports-memorabilia giant when he found his seats had armrests different than the ones on his Stadium seat.

Although the plastic seats and seat backs were cataloged and authenticated by Major League Baseball, the armrests and other hardware — which had to be stripped of lead paint — were not.

Steiner Sports admits no wrongdoing under the deal, which a judge is expected to approve.

Steiner and Lefkus declined to comment.
