Peterson ex sued to get child support

Here’s one pursuer that running back Adrian Peterson couldn’t dodge — an ex-girlfriend seeking child support.

The mother of one Peterson’s seven children with various women sued him this year for more than $50,000 in back child support payments, and asked the court to ban him from trash talking her in front of their 4-year-old son.

Erica Syion had told TMZ.com that the elusive MVP was forthcoming with his cash, if not his time.

But the website uncovered court documents that Syion filed, claiming that Peterson failed to pay child support for three straight years, and also failed to pay her back her for their son’s travel expenses and school tuition — a bill that totaled $52,032.

In additional court papers, Syion asked the court to order Peterson to stop badmouthing her in front of the boy.

Peterson, whose 2013-14 salary is $13.9 million, reached a settlement with Syion that included back pay, and a bump in child support to $2,500 a month.

Syion denied the story.

“TMZ is making s— up now or misread the paperwork where idk where they even got it from,” Syion tweeted. “And I don’t know where they are getting those #s.”

It was Syion who claimed that Peterson has fathered at least seven children with at least four women.

That includes a 3-month-old daughter in Minnesota, and a 2-year-old boy named Tyrese from Peterson’s relationship with Ann ‘Ashley’ Doohen.

Tyrese died last week after he was allegedly beaten by Doohen’s current boyfriend, Joseph Robert Patterson, 27.

Patterson was charged with aggravated assault and aggravated battery and is being held on $750,000 cash bond.

The Minnesota Vikings play the New York Giants Monday night in MetLife Stadium.
