Chris Brown’s bodyguard only suit unsettled after club brawl

Only one person is still suing amid the court battles stemming from the infamous Soho nightclub free-for-all between rappers Chris Brown and Drake over pop singer Rihanna.

Ten other people injured in the 2012 bottle-service brawl at the club W.i.P. settled their lawsuits Tuesday.

Brown’s longtime bodyguard, Patrick Strickland, 44, of Queens Village, Queens, is the only holdout of those who sued the club’s operators, its security company and the warring music stars.

“We have resolved the case,” said Gerald McCarthy, lawyer for Cassidy Hollie, an Australian tourist who got caught in the fracas.

Lawyers representing the defendants declined to comment other than to say the settlement was confidential.

Strickland was protecting Brown on June 13 at the Varick Street hot spot when Drake allegedly had a server pass a note to Brown, Rihanna’s ex-beau, that read, “I am f–king the love of your life,” according to court papers.

Strickland needed 25 stitches after someone cracked a vodka bottle over his head.Among the plaintiffs who settled their cases is NBA star Tony Parker, who was hit in the eye with shards of glass.
