A staffer at a hip Williamsburg brokerage was canned for uploading nude photos to company servers — and then vengefully stole exclusive listings and deleted thousands of files on her way out, a new lawsuit claims.
Long Island native Stephanie Rose Gribbin was hired as an agent at Nooklyn in August 2012, but soon began “uploading nude and seminude photographs of herself to Nooklyn’s Dropbox account,” the firm’s Brooklyn federal court suit claims.
The firm, which is owned by entrepreneur Harley Courts, also claims Gribbin contacted landlords and clients she had known through the company and tried to convince them to work with her new firm, Stephanie Rose Consulting.
Nooklyn estimates $300,000 in damages.
“Harley built this business from the ground up and is trying to make it grow,” said Nooklyn attorney Dan Felber.
Gribbin says Nooklyn made up the claims after she complained that the company tried to get rid of her because she was pregnant.
