They’re lookers

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen and her Patriots quarterback husband, Tom Brady, miss having Manhattan digs. The two have been looking to buy something new for some time after selling their old NYC homes.

One unit they looked at recently was at One Madison Park, a three-bedroom condo on a high floor that was listed for around $11 million. The tower ran into financial difficulties after hitting the market in 2007, but buyers still love the location on the edge of Madison Square Park. The building has been taken over by Related, which plans to relaunch sales soon.

Bündchen previously owned a West 11th Street triplex penthouse, and Brady had a Time Warner Center condo.

Candyland

British developer Nick Candy has been in New York touring trophy apartments, multiple sources report.

Candy, best known for London’s One Hyde Park with its penthouse that sold for more than $200 million to Ukrainian billionaire Rinat Akhmetov, has checked out Manhattan apartments including the $100 million octagonal penthouse at CitySpire on West 56th Street.

The owner, Long Island developer Steven Klar, took the 8,000-square-foot CitySpire condo off the market in December but might still be willing to entertain offers. Sklar, who bought the residence as raw space, lived in the six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home for 17 years before trying to sell it.

Candy, whose brother and business partner Christian bought at the Plaza for $25.9 million last year, is also continuing his house hunt for properties over $30 million in Los Angeles.

Rockin’ hard place

Ac/dc bassist Clifford Williams wants to rock out of his stunning home at 63 Downing St., which he has put on the market for $1.89 million.

The second-floor West Village condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two private terraces with “decorative French garden-style wood trellises,” according to the listing.

The living room, foyer, hallways and master bedroom have Venetian plaster walls, crown molding and custom wood baseboards. There’s also a chef’s kitchen and custom storage in the master bedroom suite, which also has a spa-like bathroom.

Howard Spiegelman of the Corcoran Group has the listing.

Glass act

Martha Stewart already owns the 153-acre Cantitoe Corners estate in Bedford, but the media mogul recently took a look at a $30 million glass house known as “Twin Ponds” in Bedford Hills. The rather impractical but stunning home at 55 Springhurst Road includes two ponds, one of which is underneath the home, on 21.7 acres. The lush property includes orchards, a lake stocked with koi, Japanese gardens with walking paths, specimen trees, a guest cottage, a heated barn/garage, a tennis court, a slate-decked pool and a pool house with a full kitchen.

The home is owned by Marvin Schwartz, managing director and portfolio manager at Neuberger Berman Europe, and his wife, Donna. Douglas Elliman broker Sally Slater has the listing.

Show house, go house

Richard Sharp plans to put his Sharp Townhouse on the market after the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club’s Decorator Show House takes place there from May 7 to June 4, sources say.

We hear that Sharp, a partner at the Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy law firm, has yet to determine the listing price for 161 E. 64th St., which he purchased for $6.58 million in 2003. Built in 1899, the 5,640-square-foot home features a Federal-style limestone façade, a bronze and wrought-iron staircase and a stately dining room overlooking a two-story atrium. There’s also a private courtyard, three ornate woodburning fireplaces, an elevator and two terraces with views of the Upper East Side and Central Park.

Kathryn Ireland, one of 18 designers featured in the Decorator Show House, has decorated the master bedroom with a carved Anglo-Indian tester bed and fabrics and wallpapers from her new collection for Scalamandre. The show house is open to the public, and tickets are $35.
