Wright’s out

(Kristy Leinowitz)

Mets slugger David Wright’s former “ultimate bachelor pad” wasn’t sold to a bachelor.

The buyer of the 4,100-square-foot penthouse condo at the Infinity Flats building, at 24 E. 21st St., is a married woman, Karen
Boehlert, who also has a home with husband Thomas in Southampton. We hear that Boehlert has just closed on the apartment for $6 million and that Wright has removed his bachelor-friendly pieces including a pool table and salt-water aquarium.

The unit, which Wright bought for $6.1 million in 2006 before installing a hot tub on the roof deck, was last listed for $6.25 million, down from $7.85 million.

Sotheby’s Juliette Janssens and Allison Koffman represented Wright, and Sotheby’s Elizabeth Fuller represented Boehlert.

Atoosa on the loosa

Atoosa Rubenstein, the founder of CosmoGirl and former editor of Seventeen, and her husband, Ari, founder and managing partner of Global Trading Systems, have found a buyer for their three-bedroom, three-bathroom Flatiron condo.

The apartment in the Altair 18 building, at 32 W. 18th St., is being snapped up by a mystery buyer for $4 million after a bidding war. The selling price is more than the $3.995 million asking price.

Rubenstein, who is pregnant with twin girls and the mother of 4-year-old daughter Angelika, is trading up to a larger residence on the Upper East Side.

Corcoran Group listing broker Noble Black had no comment.

Chloë on the go

Actress Chloë Sevigny (right) has sold her one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom co-op at 119 E. 10th St., which was on the market for $1.7 million.

For a downtown indie gal, Sevigny has grown-up, country-in-the-city taste. The 1,250-square-foot East Village apartment, once featured in House & Garden, features a rose garden.

And the unit’s bright and funky interior was designed by David Cafiero.

“We liked that beaten-down WASP, late-’60s look,” Cafiero said of the apartment, which was listed by the Corcoran Group and has exposed brick, beamed ceilings, wide-plank pine floors and a woodburning fireplace.

Rales estate

Christine Rales, the ex-wife of billionaire Steven Rales, has plunked down almost $10 million to buy a duplex with striking Central Park views at 953 Fifth Ave. The sellers are private-equity honcho Peter Gottsegen and his wife, Susan. Rales, who got divorced in 2003 after 20 years of marriage, also has a 10-bedroom mansion on Woodland Drive in Washington, DC.

$100,000 rental

A member of the Saudi royal family is renting a full-floor, 7,000-square-foot apartment at Trump Park Avenue for a staggering $100,000 a month, Gimme Shelter has learned.

The building at 502 Park Ave. is a magnet for the uber-wealthy, including Giants co-owner Steve Tisch, who’s renting Donny Deutsch’s former penthouse for about $60,000 a month. Former building residents include Tisch’s brother Jonathan, Alex Rodriguez and Matt Lauer.

A source says Donald Trump owns more than a dozen units in the building, estimated to be worth $200 million.

Half-price sale

Bruce Davis sure knows how to market! The founder of 1-800-LAWYERS — and the star of its TV commercial — has slashed the price of his Sag Harbor waterfront home from $12 million to $6 million.

The unusual, 10,000-square-foot residence with a cupola used to be a 14-unit co-op complex with commercial space on the first floor before Davis transformed it into a family compound. The 10-bedroom home has three living rooms, two chef’s kitchens, two dining rooms, a media room, a gym, an office and two decks.

Listing broker Sandra Phillips of Prudential Douglas Elliman declined to comment.

We hear . . .

That Aby Rosen sold his townhouse at 22 E. 71st St. for $47 million without using a broker. The deal was signed and quickly closed in June.
