Bully jailed for ’Net threats

He threatened them online — but five brave women faced down an admitted cyberbully in court yesterday and got him tossed in jail.

A Manhattan federal judge said the “highly credible” testimony by the women at a pre-sentencing hearing for Vitaly Borker demolished his denials that he threatened them with rape and murder.

The women testified about getting terrorized by Borker, 36, of Brooklyn, after they complained about getting ripped off by his DecorMyEyes.com Web site.

Clarabelle Rodriguez, of Manhattan, said Borker — posing as “Tony Russo” — threatened to sodomize her after she challenged a $486 charge for some apparently counterfeit Lafont glasses.

“I was appalled,” she testified. “I’ve never been spoke to like that by anyone. I was in shock. I started to cry and hung up.”

Another woman, who testified by video from New Orleans, said Borker threatened to sell her credit-card number and kill her and her family after she canceled payment for a pair of scuffed and apparently bogus Coach sunglasses.

“I said, ‘You’re going to do all that for $149?’ ” Marlene Pedescaux testified.

Melissa Kross, of Chicago, said Borker repeatedly called her home during a dispute over a $200 pair of Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses that never arrived.

“He said he’ll beat the crap out of me,” Kross testified. “At one point, he actually threatened to kill me.”
