The crazed man accused of stalking R&B singer Ashanti with X-rated text messages lashed out at a Manhattan judge in court Tuesday.
“I was railroaded last time … I want to change judges,” demanded Devar Hurd in front of Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon.
Hurd assailed the same judge in February, claiming Solomon was ignorant about Twitter.
On Tuesday, he maintained his innocence and proclaimed that the judge didn’t have any authority over the case.
“I don’t live in Manhattan, she [Ashanti] doesn’t live anywhere near Manhattan — you have no jurisdiction!” Hurd said.
Hurd went on to critique Solomon, saying: “You know I didn’t do nothing. Why aren’t you honoring the simple facts of what’s going on? Isn’t that part of your job?”
“Let’s stay away from criticizing my job,” Solomon shot back.
The judge refused to engage in further debate with Hurd and commanded court officers to take him away.
During his previous court appearance, Hurd argued with Solomon about Twitter.
“If you can’t understand what Twitter is how can you be capable of making a decision?” Hurd said.
Hurd was convicted in 2010 for sending crotch cellphone pics to the to the songstress via her mom.
He was re-arrested last July for sending “explicit” tweets to Ashanti from two accounts and posing at a party with her little sister despite orders of protection barring communication with the singer and her family.
“His outburst is really not that uncommon,” said Hurd’s lawyer, Glenn Hardy outside the court. “He’s been in jail for a considerate amount of time and he’s frustrated.”
