New life for Soros ex’s $50M suit

Expect a second season in a Brazilian soap-opera beauty’s drama with her former squeeze, billionaire financier George Soros.

A Manhattan Supreme Court judge shot down the octogenarian mogul’s attempt to dismiss a blockbuster $50 million lawsuit by his decades-younger ex, actress Adriana Ferreyr.

Justice Debra James upheld most of the beauty’s claims against the lefty activist, who allegedly reneged on a promise to give her a $1.9 million apartment and then slapped her around when she complained, court papers say.

Soros had promised to buy Ferreyr the East 85th Street apartment in January 2010, just before he dumped her, court papers say.

The judge dismissed only a fraud claim, ruling that Soros, 82, really did mean to buy the dream home for Ferreyr, 29, even though he ultimately gave it to another gal pal.

James called Soros’ alleged behavior “atrocious.”

He “exhibited violent conduct towards her and hired persons to follow and intimidate her,” the judge’s decision noted.

The two sides will continue the saga at a court date in February.
