$1B Saudi rape suit

A playboy Saudi prince was slapped with a $1 billion-plus suit yesterday by a rape victim who says he was part of a “heinous conspiracy” that led to her being brutally attacked by one of his underlings inside The Plaza hotel.

The traumatized victim claims Prince Abdul Aziz bin Fahd hired Mustapha Ouanes in part to lure “unsuspecting women” to the hotel “to gratify the sexual pleasure” of the prince and his entourage.

Her Manhattan federal court suit also says the prince should have known that Oaunes “was a sexual harasser and serial predator with a history of inappropriate, unsolicited, licentious behavior toward women” before he drugged, raped and sodomized her in January 2010.

Ouanes, 61, is currently serving 10 years in the slammer.

Court papers say the victim was a 26-year-old student and bartender when she met Oaunes after he bought a round of champagne for everyone there.

Neither the Saudi Arabian embassy nor the Saudi Oger company — which employed Oaunes and is named as a co-defendant — returned requests for comment.
