At least three people have been arrested when protesters took to lower Manhattan to mark the second anniversary of the Occupy Wall Street movement, sources said.
Three people were taken into police custody after ignoring police orders and blocking traffic at Broadway and White Street just after noon Tuesday, sources added.
Charges against them are pending, authorities said.
