GROCERY-EXEC ‘PERV’ BAGGED

A bigwig at the Gristedes supermarket chain was charged with trying to have sex with a person he thought was a 14-year-old girl he met online — but who turned out to be a cop, authorities said yesterday.

Michael Seltzer, the treasurer of Gristedes, was nabbed Tuesday after he turned up on a street corner to meet the “girl” for a sexual encounter, according to the Queens District Attorney’s Office. Seltzer, 59, had been exchanging salacious instant messages with the “teen,” the DA said.

He allegedly arranged to meet face-to-face in Douglaston on Tuesday.

There, Seltzer was quickly arrested, authorities said.

Cops executed search warrants for Seltzer’s office and Rockland County home. They seized four computers: three from his home in Pomona, and another from his office at Gristedes headquarters on 11th Avenue in Manhattan.
