McQueen store staffer slaps boss with discrimination suit

A Hispanic Alexander McQueen saleswoman who worked closely with Jessica Seinfeld claims her boss called her “burrito face” and “Goya princess,” according to a new racial discrimination lawsuit.

Manhattan resident Moselle Blanco worked at the late fashion designer’s flagship in the Meatpacking District for over 10 years until she was fired in September 2012.

Blanco says her boss, retail sales manager Max Cantey subjected her “to a persistent barrage of offensive comments based on her race and national origin” and impeded “her ability to close additional sales with her clients.”

Blanco, 43, says in the Manhattan civil suit that she had a solid client base at the W. 14th Street boutique that is a favorite shopping destination of fashion forward stars like Beyonce and Lady Gaga.

But she claims that Cantey made her miserable at work by calling her “taco smoke” and telling her “she had greasy hands like a Mexican and that he did not want any product to ‘get messy.'”

He also allegedly falsely accused her of both getting drunk and blowing cocaine at work.

After she complained to management, Cantey allegedly tried to sabotage Blanco’s career by hogging sales making up lies that she stole inventory.

Blanco was fired on Sept. 25, 2012– purportedly for not getting a dress returned that had been loaned to Jessica Seinfeld and for selling to customers on her days off.

The suit notes that two other employees who complained about racial discrimination were also fired.

The Post reported this past summer that African security guard Othman Ibela was nearly driven to suicide after a different McQueen saleswoman repeatedly joked about him running nude in Africa with a spear in his hand.

Blanco wants unspecified damages.

Cantey was busy with a customer when the Post tried to contact him at work.

A rep for McQueen said the company “is committed to equality in the workplace, and we are proud of our diverse employee base.”

“We take any allegations of this nature seriously and will always investigate them thoroughly, but we will not comment on individual cases.”did not immediately return calls for comment.”
