Fashion Week buzz: Saturday, Feb. 13

Underage & unappealing

There was no shortage of eye candy at the La Perla lingerie show, but some of the VIPs were thrown by the young-looking gals onstage. “The average age up there looks to be 15,” said “Samantha Who?” star Jennifer Esposito. Her fiancé, Australian tennis ace Mark Philippoussis, was more disturbed. “Maybe for a boy in high school it would be OK to like those models. But for me it’s just awkward and uncomfortable.”

Big top

“Project Runway” judge Nina Garcia is a fit woman with extremely large breasts, fellow judge Michael Kors was overheard telling friends in the backstage W Lounge yesterday. “All my neighbors at the beach thought Nina had a boob job,” said Kors, “but I said no, she is just a size 6 on top and a size 0 everywhere else!”

Prancing with the star

Fashion Week can mean spending hours waiting in line for a show, but not for Kelly Osbourne. “I feel like such a little princess,” she gushed to Buzz at Belvedere Vodka’s L.A.M.B. reception for Gwen Stefani. “I get to have designers fly me out, seat me in the front row and pay for cars to take me around to the shows and parties.” How does she keep up with a whole week of such demanding luxury? “You need to pace yourself — and take naps,” she says. “Otherwise you might end up on the model’s diet of Champagne and cocaine.”

Kissing Klum bum

The notoriously gruff Harvey Weinstein was spotted outside the W Lounge waiting to greet Heidi Klum. Inside the lounge, observers described the embattled filmmaker as “totally kissing her ass.”

Cut a rug

Leave it to model-turned-downtown-designer Erin Wasson to host a fashion show in a carpet store — ABC Carpet, that is. Seated on piles of $8,000 rugs, Ke$ha, Jared Leto and hundreds of fans watched Wasson’s crowd-pleasing creations. “Am I the best designer? No,” Wasson admitted to Buzz after the show. “Do I have the best collection? No. Do people leave my shows happy? Yes.”

Red eye

Before Axl Rose took the stage, albeit 3 hours late, at the John Varvatos party on Thursday, Buzz asked celeb photographer Mick Rock how high was Snoop Dogg during a recent photo shoot. But Rock retorted, “How high was I?” and said that the rapper is one of his favorite subjects to shoot. Rock also recalls Snoop Dogg claiming to be part Italian. Fo shizzleoni.
