She’s a stealing beauty, DA says

She may have the face of an angel, but authorities say this city society gal has the heart of a thieving little devil.

Kashmir Snowdon-Jones, 21, a sometime model and increasingly well-known Manhattan party girl, was charged Wednesday afternoon with identify theft and multiple counts of grand larceny for rack ing up $3,821.71 in unauthorized charges on a frenemy’s credit card, according to cops and prosecutors.

The blond beauty, whose family claims to be descended from British bluebloods, allegedly used the stolen plastic to charge takeout burritos and Domino’s pizza and buy a pair of $800 leggings, bathing suits and ballet flats on visits to the designer-clothes site shopbop.com, according to a source.

She also allegedly sent flowers to multiple addresses in California.

The Visa card belonged to Kashmir’s former best pal Jennifer Hirsch, 22. The two had been buddies since they attended the all-girls Oldfields School in Sparks Glencoe, Md.

But the friendship went sour after a disastrous weekend in the Hamptons last May, when Kashmir was behaving erratically and was “manipulative and negative and had nothing to offer a friendship,” according to close pals.

Sometime during the fallout, Kashmir managed to surreptitiously copy the number, security code and expiration date from Jennifer’s credit card, a source said.

After Jennifer wrote Kashmir a letter telling her she no longer wanted to be associated with her, the credit-card charges started piling up.

Kashmir wore out the plastic between June 6 and Sept. 24, according to a criminal complaint filed by the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office last week.

“I made the credit-card charges to get back at my friend,” Kashmir told cops, according to the complaint.

But getting hauled into a police station by the NYPD didn’t seem to faze the blue-eyed, 5-foot-9 stunner. A source said she was spotted out partying on Thursday night.

Kashmir, currently represented by Nous Model Management, is the daughter of British architect David Snowdon-Jones. She is the former stepdaughter of socialite Emma Snowdon-Jones.

Her father traces his lineage back to Lord Snowdon, a famous photographer who was married to Princess Margaret and sits in the House of Lords.

Kashmir’s mother was previously married to the Pretenders guitarist James Honeyman Scott, according to source close to the family. Kashmir often brags to friends on the party circuit that Eric Clapton is her godfather.

Kashmir attended boarding school until she transferred to the Professional Children’s School on the Upper West Side, whose alums include Phoebe Cates, Jordana Brewster and Mischa Barton.

“People call her a socialite, but she’s just a wannabe socialite,” an ex-pal sniped.

Past flames include Ignazio Cipriani, heir to the Cipriani restaurant empire, and man-about-town Sebastian Bland.

The Manhattan social circuit was buzzing over the weekend with news of the arrest. Few doubted that Kashmir would escape scot-free.

“It will be her first offense,” one longtime family friend said. “She’s very beautiful, and she can cry on command. She always could. It will be easy for her.”

In an e-mailed reply to The Post, Kashmir said only, “LOL there’s nothing to write about there is no story.”
