Shot baby’s homecoming

Angelic little 2-year-old Ariyanna Prince, shot through the knee Sunday in another senseless burst of violence, was all smiles yesterday as she was released from the hospital.

“She can walk and play and be herself again, so we are really happy about that,” beamed Brooklyn mom Jahleesa Westry. “And we are so proud of her because Ariyanna was so brave through all of this.”

The girl was among five people, including her father, caught in a spray of bullets in Brownsville in a still-unsolved shooting.

But after battling high fevers, the doctors at Brookdale Hospital deemed her fit to go home.

“God is good. I got my little girl back,” said her father, Michael Prince, 25, who was hit in the buttocks. “I feel amazing and Ariyanna isn’t in pain anymore. When she smiles, I smile. It’s that simple.”

Indeed, when The Post asked how she was doing, Ariyanna flashed a big grin and waved while clutching several “Get Well” balloons.

“She is up and eating and drinking,” said Westry, 23. “She’s almost back to normal, playing with toys and talking.

“Ariyanna can go back to being the kid she was before this all happened.”
