SI cop busted in rape of gal pal

An NYPD officer raped his girlfriend at gunpoint in a Staten Island parking lot, law-enforcement sources said last night.

Arthur Roldan, 28, was off-duty when he attacked the woman at about 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on Father Capodanno Boulevard, the sources told The Post.

It was not immediately clear how long the two have known each other or whether Roldan used his service weapon during the alleged sex assault.

The woman reported the incident Tuesday evening, and Roldan, who has been on the force for six years, was taken into custody yesterday morning, the sources said.

Roldan — assigned to the 78th Precinct in Brooklyn — was charged with rape, menacing and assault.

He has been suspended without pay, and was set to be arraigned this morning at Staten Island Criminal Court.

A woman at his family’s home declined comment.

Roldan is the second NYPD cop to be charged with a gunpoint rape within the past year.

Last August, Michael Pena grabbed a 24-year-old schoolteacher off an upper Manhattan street and sexually assaulted her. Pena, who is no longer a cop, was sentenced in May to 75 years to life.
