“Law & Order” star Mariska Hargitay has just purchased a stunning Upper West Side townhouse for a whopping $10.7 million.
The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom mansion in the West 80s near Central Park, which had an $11.495 million asking price, is on an idyllic street that should suit a growing family like Hargitay, actor husband Peter Hermann and their three children.
The sellers were Marc Ravner and Ben Shaoul of Magnum Real Estate Group. The business partners bought the building in 2009 for $4.4 million and then renovated it.
The 18-foot-wide home has an elevator, an eat-in chef’s kitchen and double-height ceilings. There’s also a sunroom with two terraces, plus a large garden with a built-in barbecue grill.

New Yankee star Ichiro Suzuki is already on a tear — checking out the city’s hot real estate.
Suzuki, who’s looking for a short-term rental, visited Midtown to take a look at a penthouse at the 48-story Enrique Norten-designed Cassa condo-hotel building at 70 W. 45th St.
The pricey triplex penthouse is listed for rent at $60,000 a month, but we hear that $45,000 a month could be enough to seal a deal. The four-bedroom, 4 1/2- bathroom unit with a study includes a cast-iron staircase, etched designer ceilings, mahogany-embossed leather floors, state-of-the-art sound and electronic systems, a private roof deck and panoramic views. Daily housekeeping and valet services from the hotel are available for an extra fee.

Penthouse by Padma
There’s a new penthouse listing in the celebrity-magnet SoHo 25 building. Buy the $8 million duplex loft, and you could have hot mama Padma Lakshmi as your next-door neighbor. (Though you’d need to have some patience, given that Lakshmi is currently gut-renovating her penthouse combo with the gusto she displays as co-host of “Top Chef.”)
Also in the building is “The Good Wife”star Julianna Margulies, who lives in two combined units with her lawyer husband, Keith Liebertha
l, and their son, Kieran. And we hear that Kanye West has stayed in a modest apartment at the Houston Street building from time to time.
As for the $8 million penthouse that just hit the market, it’s a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with 3,267 square feet inside and a 635-square-foot landscaped terrace. The residence has 14-foot ceilings.
Listing brokers are Melanie Lazenby and Dina Lewis of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
Sources say Lakshmi bought her penthouse combo, with four bedrooms, 4 1/2 bathrooms and a total of 4,500 square feet, plus a terrace, for around the $8.9 million asking price about seven months ago.
All the right notes

The estate of the late Jack Gottlieb, the composer and Leonard Bernstein biographer, has listed his Upper West Side apartment for $1.399 million.
The second-floor apartment in the Dorset building at 150 W. 79th St. is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom co-op. The 12-story, Italian Renaissance-style building includes a façade with wrought-iron Juliet balconies.

Gottlieb was known for celebrating his Jewish heritage in his music and his book “Funny, It Doesn’t Sound Jewish: How Yiddish Songs and Synagogue Melodies Influenced Tin Pan Alley, Broadway, and Hollywood.” He was close to Bernstein for much of his life, even working as his assistant.
Combo at 965 Fifth
The apartment of the late Linda Stein — the Ramones manager who became a high-end real estate broker before her brutal at-home murder — is changing hands again, as part of a penthouse combination that was listed for a total of $17.9 million. An unnamed buyer is in contract for the combination at 965 Fifth Ave. The units include duplexes on the 18th and 19th floors, plus Stein’s 18th-floor home. Stein’s pad was owned by Steven Carroll, who bought it from her estate for $1.045 million in 2008.
