La Toya’s OWN show

Throw another Jackson family member on to the reality pile.

La Toya Jackson, the second-oldest sister in the fabled, scandal-scarred musical family, will star in “Life with La Toya” for Oprah Winfrey’s OWN network.

The show, set to premiere next year, “gets up close and personal” with Jackson who, apparently, has a “growing entertainment business empire,” according to an OWN press release.

Jackson, 56 — who’s appeared on NBC’s “Celebrity Apprentice” and “Celebrity Big Brother” in England, is six years younger than oldest sister Rebbie and 10 years older than Janet.

Four of her brothers headlined A&E’s reality show, “The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty,” in late 2009.

In addition to two other new shows on OWN’s 2013 schedule — “Neighborvention” and “The Customer is Always Right” — Winfrey is starting to mine the vast archives from “Oprah,” her daytime talk show which ended its 25-year run in May 2011.

On Aug. 28, OWN will premiere “TV Guide Magazine’s Top 25 Best Oprah Show Moments,” which recalls classic moments from “Oprah” with Winfrey providing new commentary.

That’s followed on Oct. 2 by “Oprah: Where Are They Now?,” which updates memorable guests.
