Hidden inside was a bag containing a belt, two dresses, a handbag, two phone cases and two wallets, cops said.

She was arrested and charged with grand larceny, possession of stolen property and endangering the welfare of a child.

A 22-year-old man was shot in the face on a Woodhaven street early yesterday and died as his friends tried desperately to get him to a hospital, police said.

Williams Boutin was wounded outside The Flirt Lounge, on 80th Street and Rockaway Boulevard, at about 3:45 a.m., cops said.

His pals loaded him into a Nissan Altima but went only nine blocks before realizing that they were too far away from any hospital to make it in time, so they dialed 911, the cops added.

EMS declared Boutin dead at the scene.

Investigators last night said they were trying to determine a motive for the shooting.

Boutin had a sealed marijuana-possession arrest from February and was busted for drugs twice in 2009 in upstate Plattsburg, sources said.
