Oracle CEO Larry Ellison’s daughter Megan produced and helped fund this week’s “Lawless” through her Annapurna Pictures. Megan’s company has become somewhat of a financing force in Hollywood, helping to back three of this fall’s hotly anticipated movies: “The Master,” “Killing Them Softly” and “Zero Dark Thirty.”

Megan’s not the only Ellison spawn making a splash behind the scenes in Hollywood. Her brother David founded his own production company Skydance, which has a co-financing deal with Paramount. Skydance helped fund “True Grit” and “Mission: Impossible — Ghost Protocol” and is putting up some of the money for Paramount’s reportedly pricey zombie film “World War Z” and other upcoming, big-budget flicks.
