An elderly woman was struck and seriously injured by an SUV whose driver sped off in East Harlem early yesterday, authorities said.

The 77-year-old victim was struck by the SUV on East 112th Street near Park Avenue at 3 a.m.

She was rushed to St. Luke’s Hospital.

Brooklyn

An ex-con was gunned down in Bed-Stuy, authorities said yesterday.

Kareem Holifield, 28, was hanging out at a building on Spencer Place near Fulton Street at 2:50 p.m. Friday when gunshots rang out, cops said.

The victim was shot several times and rushed to Interfaith Hospital, where he died, police said.

Holifield previously served a stint in state prison for selling drugs, records show. Police did not know what sparked the violence and no arrests have been made.

Police arrested a credit-card scammer who spent a bundle on materials at a hardware store in Sunset Park, authorities said.

Abdulhafed Anse, 24, went into the Home Depot at Hamilton Avenue and Third Avenue on Aug. 20 and bought more than $7,800 worth of merchandise with a stolen card, police sources said.

The fraudster had some of the items shipped to his home on Utica Avenue.

Cops were waiting for him to sign for the items on Aug. 27, at which point they placed him under arrest, sources said.

Anse was charged with grand larceny, possession of a forged instrument and criminal possession of stolen property, records show.

Staten Island

A jailbird recently sprung from state prison was arrested in Rossville for carrying a loaded gun, authorities said.

Russel Sandler, 22, was spotted on West Service Road off the West Shore Expressway on Aug. 16 with a loaded Rossi revolver in his pants pocket, according to court documents.

The convicted burglar had been released from prison in April. He was serving 3 1/2 years for a Westchester crime, records show.

Sandler was picked up on Thursday and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, authorities said.

He was held on $25,000 bond, records show.

The Bronx

Cops busted an abusive ex-boyfriend who beat and strangled his former flame in Norwood, authorities said.

Kelcey Marrero, 24, went berserk Aug. 23 in an apartment on Hull Avenue near East 207th Street and attacked his ex, according to court documents.

The creep grabbed the victim around the neck and pushed her, then repeatedly punched her in the face, records show.

The woman tried to flee twice, but the enraged ex-beau continued to beat her, records show.

The sicko even threatened to bash her head with a metal weight and burn her hair with a lighter.

The victim received hospital treatment for a broken rib and other serious injuries, court records show.

Marrero was arrested on Aug. 29 and faces a slew of charges, including assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon, records show. He is being held on $15,000 bond.
