Madoff death pad ready to rent for 35G

Now you, too, can live like a Madoff — for $35,000 a month.

The SoHo apartment where Bernie Madoff’s son Mark committed suicide is being offered to renters for that impressive figure, which is $2,500 more than the current occupants, who are leaving in November, are paying, The Post has learned.

Mark Madoff’s widow, Stephanie Mack, and their kids haven’t lived in the Mercer Street apartment since shortly after he hanged himself there with a dog leash in 2010, on the second anniversary of his dad’s arrest, the source said.

Mack told Harper’s Bazaar earlier this year that she tried to move back in with their children for the sake of “normalcy” but couldn’t bring herself to do it.

“When I got home and walked through the door, I threw up,” she recalled.

But the $35,000 deal may be a limited-time offer. There’s a lien on the apartment.

And the bankruptcy trustee charged with recouping ill-gotten gains from Bernie Madoff’s Ponzi scheme is suing Mack for $27.5 million. The trustee, Irving Picard, says Mark and Stephanie bought the 4,000-square-foot apartment with the help of a loan from Mark’s mom that was never repaid.

Bernie is serving a 150-year prison sentence.
