Lindsay Lohan doesn’t want to just clear her name; the actress wants to take down the guy who says she was drinking and driving.
She has reportedly been telling pals she will sue pedestrian José Rodriguez, who claims she hit him with an SUV while driving drunk in the Meatpacking District.
The actress denies being drunk or striking the man.
TMZ.com reports she’s saying, “I’m tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck.”
