A sicko teen sexually abused a 4-year-old boy on the Upper West Side and tried to abuse another toddler, authorities said.

Isaiah Roebuck, 17, forced one child to perform a sex act sometime between December 2011 and January of this year at an undisclosed location on Amsterdam Avenue after another toddler refused his perverted request, according to court papers.

Roebuck was arrested on Sept. 11 and is being held on $100,000 bail.

The Bronx

Police are hunting the pedaling perv who groped two women in Kingsbridge, authorities said.

The fiend on a bicycle approached a 35-year-old woman near Albany Crescent and West 231st Street at about 7 a.m. Monday and grabbed her buttocks, cops said.

Ten minutes later, he squeezed the derriere of a 40-year-old woman and touched her privates over her clothing, cops added.

A 39-year-old man was shot dead in a drug dispute in Williamsbridge, police said.

Michael Perez, 39, was shot in the back at about 11:20 p.m. Monday at Willett Avenue and East 213th Street, police added.

Perez, who was pronounced dead at Montefiore Medical Center, had several prior arrests, mostly for drug possession, sources said.

Queens

A ticked-off pothead and his pals opened fire on a club crowd in Astoria after they were thrown out for smoking marijuana, police sources said.

Seven suspects argued with two employees in Starlets Gentlemen’s Club on 25th Avenue at about 3:45 a.m. Friday and were given the boot after at least one member of the group lit up a joint, sources added.

The thugs returned a few minutes later, and at least one shot into a crowd, hitting a 42-year-old man in the back, police said.

The group fled in several cars, including a four-door black Audi with a brown pinstripe, a gray Nissan Maxima and a dark-colored SUV, cops said.

The victim was listed in stable condition at Elmhurst Hospital.

The suspect passed a demand note to a teller in the Citibank on 71st Avenue at around 11:45 a.m. on Aug. 31, but fled empty-handed, police added.

A forgetful diner left his iPhone behind at a Sunset Park restaurant, and the $200 device was stolen, cops said.

The theft took place at Wing Fat on Seventh Avenue at 10:30 a.m. on Sept. 11.

Four armed hoods robbed a clothing store in East New York, cops said.

“It’s show time,” one brazen perp said in announcing the holdup in Lee Sneakers on Pennsylvania Avenue at 2:10 pm. Monday.

A cohort pulled a gun on a 33-year-old female employee, while another accomplice acted as a lookout.

The fourth crook snagged sneakers, hats and a laptop computer.

A knife-wielding mugger robbed a woman in Dongan Hills as she was parking her car, authorities said.

“Don’t even think about calling the cops,” Yan Litvinov, 30, snarled as he swiped a phone and $150 cash from the victim at about 10 a.m. Sunday at Raritan Avenue and Henry Place, court papers state.

He was arrested nearby two hours later and charged with robbery and weapons possession.
