She just can’t seem to stay out of trouble.

Starlet Lindsay Lohan was arrested early this morning in Manhattan after her SUV allegedly hit a pedestrian near the Dream Downtown Hotel.

Lohan was pulling her Porsche Cayenne into an alley between the Maritime and Dream Downtown hotels around 12:30 a.m. when she allegedly struck pedestrian Jose Rodriguez, 34.

Rodriguez was leaving his job as a line cook at the Maritime when he encountered the “Herbie: Fully Loaded” actress.

“I just saw the car coming and I turned around,” Rodriguez told The Post.

The car hit his leg and “it hurt a lot,” according to Rodriguez.

That’s when a heartless, can’t-be-bothered Lohan allegedly snapped at Rodriguez to get out of the way. The actress was headed to a nightclub inside the Dream Downtown, according to sources close to the hotel.

“She [Lohan] said, ‘You gotta move,’ ” the victim said. “She went inside the club and another guy jumped in the car and drove off.”

“Security tried to stop me from taking pictures of the car,” he added.

Lohan was arrested after she left the nightclub at about 2:30 a.m.

It was an eventful night and early morning for Lohan, who apparently came to Dream after checking out Slash at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

“She was standing next to me @Slash gig last night. I’m a bad influence,” tweeted drummer and rock maven Eddie Trunk.

Security-camera footage viewed by cops in the hours immediately after the incident was inconclusive, according to law enforcement sources.

Lohan could be seen driving past Rodriguez — close enough to have possibly clipped him, or perhaps missing him all together, law enforcement sources said.

Rodriguez can allegedly be seen “running after the car” as Lohan motored away.

She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and causing injury.

The actress was taken to the 10th Precinct station house, given a desk-appearance ticket and released. Lohan will have to appear in court at a later date.

Rodriguez called 911 and was taken to Bellevue Hospital, complaining of knee pain.

Rodriguez said he believes Lohan was impaired but a man in the actress’ car insisted she wasn’t.

Law enforcement sources said it did not appear Lohan was drunk when she might have clipped Rodriguez.

“I told [a second man who was with Lohan] ‘She’s drunk,’ and he said, ‘No, no. She’s fine,” Rodriguez said. “She was stumbling.”

The crash didn’t break any bones, but Rodriguez said he has ligament damage that’ll require visits to a specialist. He plans civil action against Lohan.

Lohan’s rep Steve Honig said his client would be completely cleared of any wrongdoing.

“While some of the facts are still being gathered, it appears that this is much ado about nothing,” Honig said. “We are confident this matter will be cleared up in the coming weeks and the claims being made against Lindsay will be proven untrue.”

This New York arrest could trigger a probation violation in Lohan’s jewelry theft case.

Earlier this week, Linz seemingly complained that another hard-partying actress, former Nickelodeon star Amanda Bynes, was getting off easy compared to her.

Lohan, 26, has had multiple stints in jail and house arrest for booze, drugs, driving, shoplifting offenses and probation violations.

“Why did I get put in jail and a nickelodeon star has had NO punishment(s) so far?,” Lohan tweeted.

“These are the moments that I appreciate my life experiences, living without regrets and Disney for supporting me as an actress-night all.”

Lohan’s mom Dina recently denied she was drinking during an interview on the “Dr. Phil” show that aired Monday, in which she talked about her daughter’s run-ins with the law.

The loopy hard-partying mom was at times incoherent and gave nonsensical answers to questions posed by the TV shrink’s questions.

At one point, Dina Lohan flipped a middle finger at Dr. Phil and cameras.
