WATCH: ‘X Factor’ judges go Rambo on Sly Stallone’s step-niece

Cocky sexpot Lexa Berman — who Simon Cowell called “Jersey Shore meets The Kardashians” during last Thursday’s auditions — is the step-daughter of Stallone’s recently deceased sister, The Post has learned.

Berman, 22, says her dad, Louis D’Alto, walked out on his family in New York shortly after her mother became pregnant in 1989.

“In the midst of her pregnancy, he started seeing Toni Ann (Filiti), Stallone’s sister,” she says.

“He was trying to be an actor at the time, so he wanted to jump start his career and Toni Ann was the way he was going to do it. He ended up moving to California and they got married.”

Meanwhile, Berman was raised by her mother and grandmother in South Florida, where she began singing and dancing in middle school.

The struggling entertainer says producers were unaware of her connection to the action star when she submitted an online audition last spring.

Though she failed to impress newbie judges Britney Spears and Demi Lovato, video of Berman performing Alex Clare’s “Too Close” quickly racked up more than 5 million views on YouTube.

“I have gotten an array of different reviews on it,” she admits. “Many bad, but many defending me as well. I even got one death threat.”

Berman — who passed on a management deal to participate in the show — claims producers fed her lines and encouraged her to appear overly cocky for the June 16 audition in San Francisco.

“They kept saying ‘Be fierce,’” she remembers. “They were taking my confidence and turning it into something way more.”

But the revealing skin tight black body suit that drew stares from contestants backstage was all her idea, Berman says.

“I have my own style. I do like to show my body off. I work very hard for my body.

“I felt ‘The X Factor’ wanted the entire package, so why not dress like what Rihanna or Britney would wear. I didn’t think it was provocative. I didn’t even have my stomach out!”
