Mad A’jad flashes peace sign at UN but spews anti-Israel trash

We’ve got a finger for you, too, Mahmoud!

Iranian dictator Mahmoud Ahmadinejad spewed garbage in New York yesterday — scoffing that Israel will be “eliminated,’’ but oddly flashing the peace sign later at the UN.

The smirking leader had been warned by the UN secretary-general to keep a lid on his “inflammatory rhetoric” only a day earlier.

Then last night, he went on TV to try to convince the world what he “really” meant by wiping Israel off the map.

Earlier in the day, at Midtown’s Warwick hotel, where he is staying in preparation for his address tomorrow to the UN’s General Assembly, Ahmadinejad sniped that Israelis “represent minimal disturbances that come into the picture and are then eliminated.”

He also referred to Israel as a “fake regime.’’

Israel’s envoy walked out.

Ahmadinejad had met with UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon Sunday and was warned of “the potentially harmful consequences of inflammatory rhetoric,’’ according to a statement from Ban’s office.

But true to form, the Iranian leader was defiant yesterday.

At a meeting at the UN over the governing body’s laws — where he flashed the peace sign — he accused the “bullying” US, Britain and France of misusing their veto power on the UN’s Security Council to penalize his country over its nuclear program.

By last night, though, it appeared Ban’s message had sunk in.

On CNN’s “Piers Morgan Tonight,’’ Ahmadinejad said that his previous calls for wiping out Israel really meant, “We say for occupation to be wiped off from the world.’’

He didn’t even deny the Holocaust this time around, insisting, “I pass no judgment about historic events.’’

And when tossed a curve ball — asked how would he feel if one of his kids dated a Jew, he answered, surprisingly, “I see love among people as completely acceptable.’’

Just don’t ask him what he would do if one of his kids were gay.

Homosexuals “believe in doing something ugly,’’ he said.

“Do you believe anyone is giving birth through homosexuality? Homosexuality ceases procreation.’’
