‘Harass’ vic goes after bum

Gotcha!

The cowardly creep who blasted a Columbia Business School grad as a “whore” on YouTube is the same person who has stalked her and who stole her identity over the past six years, court papers say — and the brainy beauty is not letting him get away with it.

After 2 1/2 years of acting as her own lawyer and “Internet forensic investigator,” Carla Franklin filed suit yesterday against her alleged tormentor, Chico Shon Moss, 34, in Manhattan Supreme Court. The model-turned-management consultant is seeking a permanent court order barring him from harassing her in person and online, plus money damages for the years of hurt and headaches he’s caused her.

The suit says Franklin, 36, met Moss back in 2005, when they were both living in Pennsylvania. They went on a few dates, but Franklin told him to get lost after he began calling her “obsessively” and stole “an article of clothing” from her gym bag.

Moss continued calling and e-mailing Franklin, and then moved to New York after she did, the suit says. He started showing up at events Franklin was hosting, and “would just stare at her and not say a word,” the suit says. After innocuous videos of Franklin went up on YouTube with the word “whore” underneath them, Franklin filed suit in 2010 to find out who the commenter and poster was. A court order revealed it was Moss who pulled the nasty YouTube stunt — and it was later revealed that Moss had “spoofed” her phone and sent out “sexts” to her colleagues in 2008.

She got a temporary order of protection against Moss last year, but is seeking a permanent one and unspecified money damages. The super at his last known address in Harlem said he’d vanished about a year ago.
