A pizza-delivery boy told authorities was “feeling horny’’ when he raped an Upper West Side woman as her 7-year-old daughter slept next to her, court papers show.

Cesar Lucas, 16, of The Bronx admitted he sneaked into the 35-year-old woman’s West 61st Street apartment after delivering a pie from his dad’s pizzeria to another person on her floor at about 12:30 a.m. Saturday, prosecutors and police said.

The teen confessed to investigators that he entered the unlocked apartment without permission — and “that he went in because he was feeling horny and that he took advantage of her,” prosecutors said.

Lucas was also arrested in August, for stealing another woman’s wallet when he entered her apartment after delivering pizza to her neighbor, cops said.

The woman he’s accused of raping was furious when she discovered her alleged attacker had used his job to commit another crime in the past.

“I’m really pissed off!” she fumed to The Post. “I found out that he was arrested before, charged before with robbery. He was delivering pizza, and he robbed another woman.”

Lucas’ family and co-workers at New York Sal’s Pizza on Tenth Avenue in Midtown yesterday insisted that they hadn’t known about the teen’s previous arrest — and called his alleged confession to Saturday’s sex assault shocking.

“Absolutely, he should have been fired [after the August incident], but we didn’t know anything,” one co-worker said.

Lucas’ aunt said she, too, was unaware of her nephew’s earlier theft bust and still defended the youth.

“He’s a good kid. Only God and him and the woman know what happened. We don’t know,” said Eufemia Bonilla.

When told of Lucas’ confession, Bonilla would say only, “It’s shocking,” before storming off.

The mom of the woman Lucas is accused of raping said, “I don’t think anyone will order pizza from them anymore. I think their business will be ruined.”

A neighbor who has frequented Sal’s Pizza stopped in yesterday just to say he was boycotting the shop because of the alleged attack.

“You don’t got to rape an innocent girl on 61st Street. This is my hood,” said hip-hop artist Vain Lane, 26 — who almost came to blows with another customer while arguing about the incident.

Lucas was arrested shortly after the assault, while at work.

He has been charged with rape, sexual abuse, burglary and endangering the welfare of a child. His victim’s daughter did not wake up during the attack, but was next to her in bed at the time, authorities have said.

Lucas was held without bail and taken to Rikers Island. He has been charged as an adult.

He fled with an iPhone and $20 from the little girl’s wallet, the victim said.

Cops had previously arrested Lucas Aug. 21 after he entered a 39-year-old woman’s West 42nd Street apartment and swiped her wallet, with two credit cards and her driver’s license, according to court papers.
