His first reference to “these four presidential debates” came in a paragraph that started out: “This has become Politics for Dummies.” … Chuck Schumer says milk prices could skyrocket if a new farm bill isn’t passed. They’re going up regardless, now that SuperNanny Bloomberg’s Teats for Tots Program is sucking the demand out of the milk market.
