This hoodlum (pictured) was caught on surveillance video in the act of shooting someone in Norwood, authorities said.
He opened fire on Rochambeau Avenue near East Gun Hill Road at 5:05 a.m. Sunday, police said.
His victim, described only as a 35-year-old male, survived despite being shot multiple times. He was in critical condition last night at St. Barnabas Hospital, cops said.
Manhattan
A man walking to his early-morning job in Hells Kitchen was pistol-whipped by a mugger who then fled empty-handed, police said.
The worker was on West 55th Street near Ninth Avenue at 2 a.m. Sept. 24 when the perp barked, “Gimme your wallet!”
The man tried to run away but fell and was hit repeatedly, cops said. He was treated for lacerations to the head at Bellevue Hospital, they added.
Investigators said the suspect may have targeted a woman earlier in the day, inside the delivery entrance of a building that’s also on 55th Street.

An early-morning fight over two women landed one man in the hospital with a bullet wound to the left shin and two others in jail, police said.
Erwin Osorio, 21, and Jonathan Hinojosa, 22, got into it with three men on Mercer Street at 2:20 a.m. Sept. 16, cops said.
Witnesses ID’d Osorio as the shooter and said Hinojosa gave him the gun.
The shooting victim, treated at Downstate Hospital, told investigators that it all started when one of his friends yelled, “Hey, sexy! Come here,” as the women walked by with the two suspects.
Osorio and Hinojosa, both of whom have extensive arrest records, were picked up on Sept. 23 and 24, respectively, and hit with assault and weapon- possession charges, court documents show.
Brooklyn
Three Brooklyn teens — one of them just 14 — beat and stabbed a man over a rap video he made and posted on YouTube, the victim’s family said yesterday.
Jeven Clyne-Templeman, 23, and a cousin left the L train subway station near Conklin Avenue and Rockaway Parkway in Canarsie at 12:45 a.m. Sunday and were confronted by about 20 youths, sources said.
Keno Smith, 14, Shaquine Walker, 18, and Travaugh Nourine, 16, allegedly knocked Clyne-Templeman to the ground, stabbed him four times in the stomach, back and arm and took his iPhone.
Nikia De Jesus, Clyne-Templeman’s 20-year-old girlfriend, said the video had angered the trio, who identified themselves on Facebook as Crips.
All three were arrested and charged with gang assault, weapon possession and robbery, police said.
Clyne-Templeman was in critical condition last night at Brookdale Hospital.

Two men visited a Cypress Hills house and asked about an apartment, then invaded the home the next day at gunpoint, a shaken resident told investigators.
They entered the Nichols Avenue house at about 8:30 p.m. Saturday, flashed a gun and demanded money from the 57-year-old woman, police said.
They wound up fleeing with no loot, and the woman said she was not physically harmed.

Armando Vasquez, 40, allegedly stabbed Alberto Garcia, 21, multiple times in the back on Third Avenue in Gowanus on March 16 of last year, cops said.
The bad blood between the men stemmed from a fight in a neighborhood bar, police sources said.
Queens
An elderly driver lost control of his car — and it mounted a sidewalk and fatally struck a pedestrian in Jamaica, cops said.
Mary Gater, 60, was walking on Jamaica Avenue near Sutphin Boulevard at 11:35 p.m. Sunday when the Chrysler 300 sedan suddenly careened into her, officers said. She was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, but didn’t make it, they added.
The 85-year-old driver, who was not named, remained at the scene, and investigators said no criminality was suspected.
